Description

The RetroSpy Technologies SS-50 64k RAM/ROM board provides up to 64k of RAM and 32k of ROM for a 6800-based systems using the SS-50 bus.

Features

• Provides an optional 32k of RAM between 0x0000 & 0x7FFF
• Can provide 8k blocks of RAM or ROM between 0x8000 and 0xFFFF
• 4 pages of DIP switch selectable ROM, upgradable to 8 and 16 with a 39SF020 or 39SF040
• Includes pre-programmed 39SF010 containing the xSWTBUG monitor
• Capable of 1Mhz and 2Mhz operation
