Description

The Tangnano-5V is an interface designed to safely connect the Tang Nano 20K to a 5V circuit. It primarily enables the implementation of memory systems and I/O for older CPUs using the Tang Nano 20K. For more details, visit github.com/ryomuk/tangnano-5V.

Features:

• Safely connect all 34 GPIO pins of the Tang Nano 20K to a 5V system
• Provides bidirectional pin functionality
  • Utilizes 5x SN74CB3T3245s for 5V to 3.3V level conversion
  • Does not convert from 3.3V to 5V
• Adapts the Tang Nano 20K to a DIP-40 footprint

Note: Pin 75 of the Tang Nano 20K (v3921) connects to GND through C51 (100nF), limiting its speed to several tens of kHz. To achieve speeds similar to other pins, remove C51.
